Job Description

Full Cycle Bookkeeper 

  • Location: Edmonton, Alberta

  • Status: Full-Time

  • Salary Scale: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00

     

    Our retail sector client is seeking a Full Cycle Bookkeeper for their Southside Edmonton office. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role will require experience in full cycle accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, data entry and administrative duties. The Bookkeeper will also be responsible for preparation of month end reports and assist with year end processes. If this Bookkeeper role sounds like you, please contact us today!

     

    Skills/Experience:

     The ideal candidate for this Bookkeeper role will possess 2+ years’ experience. You will need: knowledge of internal reporting and costing; experience with bank reconciliations, the ability to process high volumes of invoices. This individual will provide advice to internal parties with a high level of professionalism; must have proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel; experience in preparation of working papers for year-end process; excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrates leadership qualities; is team-oriented; possesses excellent organizational skills and demonstrates the ability to prioritize, set, foster and achieve high standards of performance. Will hold a high level of ethics and integrity and great attention to detail.
