Our Medical Industry client is seeking an Office Manager to join their growing practice in Edmonton. Reporting to the owner, the Office Manager will be responsible for human resources, payroll, accounts receivable, auditing and reconciliation of insurance claims. Managing, preparing, and analyzing of monthly, and annual financial information. You will provide strong leadership to the administrative staff which will include training, on-going coaching and scheduling. The ideal candidate for this Office Manager will possess 5+ years’ experience working in a medical practice environment. You will have knowledge of Sage 50 software and experience with Healthquest billing systems will be a definite asset. You will have the demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and provide advice to internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism; experience in processing payroll, accounts receivable, auditing and reconciliations of insurance claims. Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated leadership skills; a team-oriented style; excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize, set, foster and achieve high standards of performance, as well as, ethics and integrity and attention to detail while keeping the big picture in perspective.
