The Position: Financial Controller of a multi-disciplinary design and architecture firm.
About: Our client has experienced rapid growth and has embarked on an ambitious expansion plan. The time is right to welcome a talented, exciting and creative Financial Controller to the team. You will report directly to the Partners of the firm while working closely with project managers to ensure the goals, objectives and long-term strategies of the firm are being met.
The Roll: You are a designated accountant who thrives in a creative environment. The technical skills of the profession are second nature to you and the value you bring to the table is your ability to navigate the area between financial reporting and strategic planning.
You will be responsible for the full cycle accounting duties of the firm, including but not limited to transaction data entry, performing bank reconciliations, managing accounts receivable and collections as well as payroll and accounts payable.
You will be instrumental in developing a budget and assisting in strategic planning, managing external stakeholder relationships and being a valuable resource for the Partners and project managers of the firm.
