Job Description

Accounts Receivable Clerk 

  • Location: Edmonton, Alberta

  • Status: Full-Time

  • Salary Scale: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00

    Our client is seeking an AP/AR Administrator for their Southside Edmonton office.  Reporting directly to the Controller, this role will require experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reporting, data entry, customer service and administrative duties. The AP/AR Administrator will also be responsible to maintain a professional appearance and attitude, and value the flexibility of work/life balance.  If this role sounds like you, please contact us today!



    The ideal candidate for this AP/AR role will possess 3+ years’ experience. You will need:  knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable; experience with bank reconciliations, the ability to process high volumes of invoices. This individual will require strong attention to detail and can manage confidential information appropriately; have extreme proficiency in MS Suite; excellent verbal/written communication skills; is team-oriented; possesses excellent organizational skills.  A candidate that demonstrates the ability to prioritize, set, foster and achieve high standards of performance. Will hold a high level of ethics and integrity.
