Job Description

Payroll Administrator 

  • Location: Fort Saskatchewan

  • Status: Full-Time

  • Salary Scale: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00

    Our diversified client operating in the construction industry is searching for a Payroll Administrator to join their Fort Saskatchewan office.  Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, the successful candidate will assist with the bi-weekly preparation of a 700 + person unionized payroll for employees working in multiple provinces.  The Payroll Administrator will also assist with the reconciliation of a semimonthly, salaried payroll and preparation payroll for direct deposit into employee accounts.  The reconciliation of source deductions, the preparation of governmental and union remittances, preparation of ROE's, T4's and garnishees are also areas of accountability for the successful Payroll Administrator.
