PBR&R Holdings Ltd

Chief Financial Officer

Company Information

This is a private search therefore the name of the company is not included herein. The company  has been around for 10 years performing traditional and proprietary solutions to the world market (Asia, South America, US) but most of its business has been focussed in Alberta.

The company has just come through a change of ownership and has completed a successful financial turnaround.  The company has modified its products and customers to be less reliant on the Canadian oil and gas industry. It is now experiencing significant growth locally and internationally by divesifying its business offerings and its client base. The company currently employs over 100 people and growing every month with an industry leading safety record and culture. Product Reliability and customer satisfaction are the core values for the company which are driving the continued success and the future of the company.

The company is actively engaged in organic growth into the US. It also has one pending acquisition and another opportunity just commencing due diligence.

The company also is investing into new revolutionary and industry leading products and technologies. They are a true leader in bringing them to its market and particularly its customer base which is also spurring additional growth that the company is having difficulties in keeping up with demand for their services.

It is anticipated that the corporate growth will be in the 50% range for this year and continuing for the next two to three years. The growth trend hopefully continues thereafter as this would only represent less than 5% of the market share in North America.

A strong financial leader and partner is required to support this young and energetic team to execute on the opportunities that they have earned through their years of effort and dedication to their customers. This is an exciting company with a stable business platform and incredible growth opprtunities for the company and for the right team of professionals that can make it happen.
