Our partner teaches life skills to children and young adults from vulnerable communities through sports, cultural and recreational activities which help them create their own life projects and promote a movement towards peace, equality and cohabitation.
They began as a group of volunteers playing soccer and have since expanded to provide seven educational programmes. These include free recreational activities in the fields of arts, sports and digital inclusion, leadership programmes, social business and scholarships and job opportunities for the eldest youth.
On this assignment you will undertake an assessment of their accounting and financial systems, and make and implement recommendations based on the complexity of their accounting/ reporting requirements and availability of resources.
You will focus on helping staff to understand processes, structures, tools and procedures that can make financial tasks more efficient and effective and under international standards. You will also make a similar assessment of their social enterprises.
