We are looking to add the right person to direct, develop and oversee the accounting, budgeting and financial related activities for Aldon, and its subsidiary group of companies, including planning for future expansion.
You recognize the need for detail but can also think “big picture”. You enjoy planning and developing strategy but are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves to fully understand the business. You will bring oversight and guidance to the accounting and finance department and will gain trust and respect quickly from co-workers and the Executive Team. You will provide results oriented leadership in the supervision of accounts payable, receivables, payroll and invoicing. You enjoy being responsible for producing and analyzing the monthly and annual financial statements.
You will have a professional accounting designation with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience. Your knowledge should be broad and deep in order to oversee the accounting, finance and budgeting function and although not required, experience in the oil and gas industry will be an asset. You will be skilled in developing and maintaining strong relationships with the team. Effective communication and organizational skills will be required.
