Office Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Officer Manager in a mid-sized public accounting firm.  Our company, with expanding opportunities, needs a reliable well-organized individual to handle day-to-day operations.  You will be responsible for developing and streamlining administrative procedures, staff supervision and task delegation.

The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

- experience with full cycle accounting, collections, budgeting and payroll,

- proficiency using software including Quick Books and Microsoft Office,

- excellent written and interpersonal communication skills dealing with clients, suppliers and team members,

- able to work independently,

- strong planning and administrative skills,

- keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
