The Senior Analyst, Client Relations works in conjunction with Client Relations Directors to act as the primary contact for AIMCo’s external clients. With the goal of achieving trusted advisor status in all interactions, the Senior Analyst serves as the client's advocate and bridges their requirements with AIMCo's investment products and services. The Senior Analyst is a key partner in implementing a comprehensive communication strategy that delivers AIMCo's message through investment presentations and meetings in partnership with client consultants. 

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Continually developing collaborative relationships with clients and their investment consultants
  • Partnering with Client Relations Directors to develop client strategies and interaction plans
  • Preparing and presenting quarterly client investment reviews & reports
  • Responding to inquiries from clients and client consultants
  • Collaborating to develop client Statement of Investment Policies & Goals (SIP&G) asset mix transition plans

Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or commerce
  • Possesses CFA or CPA designation
  • Is knowledgeable in portfolio management, pension, and endowment financing
  • Is experienced in developing and presenting communication materials
  • Understands the client Statement of Investment Policy and Goals (SIP&G)
  • Has a solid command of performance measurement and attribution
  • Demonstrates a clear ability to analyze, interpret and articulate key financial data
  • Is able to work under the pressure of strict deadlines
