From WSA's bylaws:
The Executive Committee, subject to the By-laws and direction given it by the Board, shall have full control and responsibility for the day-to-day
operations of the Association.
1. The Executive shall consist of:
b) Immediate Past President
Meeting of the Executive shall be held as often as the business of the Association shall require, and at least once every three (3) months, and shall be called by the President.
TREASURER: shall be responsible for the records and assets of the Association. He/she shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, written financial records, reports and/or summaries of the financial activities of the Association as requested or required. He/she shall be responsible for the preparation and submission of duly audited financial statements to the general membership at the Annual General Meeting.
- Shall prepare, with the Executive Director and approved Auditor, for submission to
the Annual General Meeting a statement of setting forth the financial position of the Association.
- Shall assist in the completion of filing and reporting of relevant reports to appropriate governing bodies not limited to but including Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission and Alberta Sports Connection.
