Our client is one of Canada’s top employers and is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team In Lethbridge. The successful Payroll Administrator will be responsible for ensuring accurate time capture and record, administering weekly payroll, reviewing input and exceptions reporting, and ensuring vacation, holidays, and stats are recorded correctly. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for 600-700 hourly employees in Alberta on multiple rotations and be a first point of contact for employees.
Our client requires a results-driven Payroll Administrator for a rewarding full time opportunity with a leading company. As the successful Payroll Administrator, you will have 5+ years' of experience in a similar size of organization, and either live in Lethbridge AB or willing to relocate to Lethbridge AB. The successful candidate will need exceptional communication, organizational, problem-solving and customer service skills. Completion of Canadian Payroll Association PCP or CPM certification is considered an asset but it not required. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with large ERPs and Kronos systems.
