The Executive Director, Forestry Central Services leads a diverse team of approximately 100 government professionals to oversee several programs including forestry procurement, financial reporting, human resources administration, grants administration; communications related to wildfire, forest management, emergency public and stakeholder; warehousing and occupational health and safety. You will also have oversight in the administration of a base budget and contingency budget, plus capital funding as well as several intergovernmental cost sharing initiatives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Executive Director positions will have extensive senior management experience leading staff, related technical knowledge, and highly skilled at forming and maintaining positive relationships with partners and clients. You bring business acumen, ability to solve highly complex interdisciplinary problems and consistent in achieving outcomes. You have a proven record of accomplishment in financial and budget management.  Superior leadership, communication, and negotiation skills and a highly developed capacity to establish strong networks and linkages will be critical to your success. 
Salary

$5,082.46 - $6,679.30 bi-weekly ($132,652 - $174,329 annually)
