Location: Hybrid or in-office. This position can be done remotely with periodic on-site meetings. Our office is in Red Deer, Alberta, and a physical office is available. The candidate’s location is preferably Edmonton, Calgary or Red Deer.

Job Type: Part-Time. Days and hours are flexible.

Role Overview: We are seeking an Asset Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with the owners to oversee the operation and maximize the performance of a commercial real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee third-party property managers.
• Oversee leasing agents and negotiate leases.
• Coordinate with legal team to prepare lease documents.
• Collaborate with the owners to determine and implement value-add strategies for each asset.

Responsibilities could include components of the above or an expanded scope depending on the qualifications of the applicant. We intend to focus on the applicant’s strengths.

Qualifications:

• Experience and interest in commercial real estate

Various backgrounds will be considered, and the role partially tailored to the applicant’s strengths. Backgrounds may include:

• Asset Management

• Commercial Realtor
• Legal
• Accounting
