Integrate a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and technical levels.

-
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Learning & Development Partner, Quality Assurance Director, and Assurance and Advisory leaders to ensure that all learning programs meet firm standards and drive business outcomes. Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to align on learning initiatives and quality expectations.
-
Program Evaluation & Feedback: Implement feedback mechanisms to continually assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements. Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine learning offerings and enhance engagement.
-
New Manager Training: Develop a structured onboarding and training program specifically for newly promoted or hired managers, focusing on technical leadership skills, compliance with firm policies, and quality control procedures.
-
