Reporting to the Vice President, Finance and Control, the Business Controller holds a lynchpin role. Supporting organizational growth strategies, the Business Controller leads all forecasting, budgeting and analysis related activities.  With a focus on material annual impact, the Business Controller works closely with the Financial Controller and Manager of Corporate Analysis to analyze, illustrate and communicate the risks and benefits of business decisions and outcomes.

As a candidate for this thirteen month contract role, you will ideally have a related Bachelor’s degree or diploma and an accounting designation. Your financial experience will contain a focus on financial performance and analysis, with a minimum of four years post designation industry experience. Your breadth of accounting knowledge is enhanced by your fulsome understanding of the budgetary process.  A demonstrated ability to communicate with senior audiences and contribute to overall financial strategy rounds out your experience.
