CFO

A start-up public company is looking for a CFO to join their team. The responsibilities of the CFO but not limit to are preparation of company financial statements and MD&A quarterly, coordinate with third party auditor for yearend audit reporting, and participate in company’s financing activities.

Requirements

A CPA designation in good standing and a few years’ experience in public Company accounting. You are a team player, self-motivated, demonstrated leadership abilities, and desire to be part of growing entrepreneurial team.
