The CFO will play a pivotal role in the attainment of the goals and mission of this implementation, along with a multitude of other major capital projects, operational initiatives and sophisticated partnerships, plus bring a focus on operational excellence to the finance team.

Reporting to the CEO, this position supports senior leadership and the Board of Providence in developing and executing a complex and detailed financial plan, while monitoring results related to the on-going sustainability of health care initiatives. The CFO also ensures proper financial procedures and controls are in place, tied to overall budgeting, forecasting, business planning and related outcomes within the public health care environment here in British Columbia, in conjunction with the Ministry of Health. Providence Health Care seeks a collaborative and innovative CFO.
