Based in the vibrant capital, our partner implements leadership development, social entrepreneurship, teacher training and summer schools programs. They would like a volunteer accountant to help them build the capacity of two junior, local members of the team.
Following the departure of their former CFO the two junior members of the team have been covering the responsibilities and would benefit from training on financial management in general and on specific areas that will be uncovered in your assessment.
Your role will start with an assessment of their accounting & financial management systems, making and implementing recommendations on best practice based on the complexity of their finances, the resources available to the organisation and skillset of the local staff.
