Director, Finance and Business Operations,
Edmonton Oliver Primary Care Network
As the Finance and Business Operations Controller, you will play a leading role in managing the administrative, finance, IT, and HR/payroll functions providing leadership, oversight, information, expertise, and support, that will assist the Executive Director and other PCN managers in decision making and strategic planning for our PCN. This is a key organizational position and the PCN is looking for a candidate that wants a fullfilling career in a health care environment and has an ambition to operate at CEO/Executive Director level as part of their future career plans.
This is a key role within the organization that reports to the Executive Director and, as such, you will be expected to demonstrate a track record for strategic thinking, and operational action, an ability to provide well-reasoned analysis and recommendations for implementation, a problem solving and “can do” attitude, and experience working within a multi-professional environment.
We are also embarking upon a period of collaboration and integration with other Primary Care Networks and health organizations in the Province, so experience and an ability to think outwardly in required.
