Financial Analyst

We are assisting an organization in recruiting for a Financial Analyst to join their team.  This position will be responsible for doing analysis on key measurables and providing management reporting on an ongoing basis. As the successful candidate for this Financial Analyst position, you will ideally hold or be pursuing a Canadian accounting designation (CPA) and have 3+ years’ experience working with a large organization.  Your previous experience will demonstrate: an ability to perform analysis in a large data environment, excellent analytical skills, a thorough understanding of accounting principles and procedures, the ability to work within strict deadlines in a fast-paced and results oriented environment, highly effective communication skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Advanced Excel skills, experience in creating and developing BI power pivots, along with experience in working with a complex ERP system, as well as the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment will ensure your success in this role.
