There's currently a full-time opportunity in the Oil & Gas Services industry for a Payroll and Accounts Payable Administrator to join a thriving, innovative company in the Nisku, Alberta area.  As a Payroll/AP Administrator, As Payroll Administrator you will gain experience with an electronic timekeeping system and upload hourly and salaried payroll into the computer system. As Payroll Administrator / Accounts Payable Administrator you will also spend approximately 50% of your time entering accounts payable transactions into the in-house computer system, reconciling accounts and answering vendor inquiries. We are seeking an individual with strong analytical skills that excels working in a challenging and fast-paced work environment while contributing to the continued success of the firm. This role is located in Nisku, Alberta. 

The ideal applicant for the Payroll Administrator / Accounts Payable Administrator will have a desire to develop their skills in payroll and accounts payable and might also be interested in continuing their educational pursuits in either the Canadian Payroll Designation Program or general accounting. The ideal Payroll Administrator / Accounts Payable Administrator will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and should consider themselves an Intermediate Excel User. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in payroll and accounts payable within the oil and gas or construction industries.
