Senior Accountant

Our client, located in downtown Edmonton, is seeking an analytical Senior Accountant for their organization.  Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for operational accounting, preparing financial records for all subsidiaries, along with budgeting and forecasting.  This position requires effective communication with all stakeholders within the finance department, as well as operational staff, and management.  The Senior Accountant plays an integral role within the organization, and there is opportunity for growth.  If this sounds like a role you are interested in, please contact us today.

The ideal candidate for this Senior Accountant position will have a professional accounting designation (CPA) with 3+ years of accounting experience.  A can-do attitude, coupled with a commitment to outstanding customer service and quality, highly developed time management and organizational skills are required. An analytical, team player that can also work independently, who possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills will ensure your success in the role.  Experience in property management is ideal but is not required.
