CFO

Our client, a growing organization in the industrial manufacturing and technological sectors, with international operations, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to add to their senior management team. Based out of one of the most beautiful office spaces, the CFO will be responsible for the leadership of the accounting and finance functions and overall responsibility of all fiscal and fiduciary elements for the organization (including a foreign operation); management and coordination of banking and treasury (including financing and investment opportunities); production and analysis of accurate and timely financial reporting of the company’s activities; contributing to the development of annual operating plans and long term corporate strategies.

The successful candidate will hold a professional accounting designation (CPA and or/ MBA) and have 15+ years experience in a financial accounting role, 5+ years of which are in a senior financial leadership position. They will also possess significant experience with corporate strategy development, planning and execution, strong critical thinking and problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills. In addition, they will have a strong background in financial reporting and accounting, along with a strong understanding of cash management, treasury, investment and debt and equity financing activities.
