Our downtown Edmonton client specializing in real estate development is searching for a Project Accountant to join their team.  The successful Project Accountant will bring a 2+ years’ experience in Project or Cost Accounting, ideally within the construction industry. The successful Project Accountant brings not only an eye for detail and a head for numbers but also brings top notch communication skills to the table.  The ideal Project Accountant will have 2+ experience as a Project or Cost Accountant and will enjoy liaising with a diverse group of business professionals.  As Project Accountant you will be responsible for maintaining budgets, updating and reconciling budget variances, preparing forecasts and preparing progress invoices, construction recoverables and preparing month end adjusting entries.
