Construction Accountant / Financial Controller

Opportunity Summary

Golden Life is looking for a dynamic person to lead the financial aspects of our construction division in the position of Construction Accountant / Controller.  The ideal candidate will have many years of accounting experience in the construction industry, be familiar with things like the Builders Lien Act, progress billings, and residential GST rebates.  In this key role, you will undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures for your assigned portfolio.

Preference will be given to those with relevant career experience and / or a professional designation, such as CPA.
