HR Advisor

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and HR director, you will be responsible for leveraging your expert knowledge in a full range of Human Resources functions. Providing support to staff and management with employee relations; utilizing that information to make informed decisions will be required. Developing and implementing initiatives, projects, and policies will be a crucial component of this role. The ideal candidate for this role will have a post-secondary education in Human Resources Management with 3+ years of directly related experience. Working towards a CPHR designation is considered an asset. As the successful HR Advisor, you will have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, confidentiality protocols, HR Practices, Employee Standards Code, Personal Information Protections Act, and HRIS systems. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, has a high attention to detail, able to work under pressure, and the ability to take initiative.
