Position: Intermediate/Senior Accountant for a professional services firm.
About: Our client has experienced rapid growth and has embarked on an ambitious expansion plan. The time is right to add a talented, engaged, and entrepreneurial accountant to the team. You will report directly to the Director of Operations while working closely with the other Directors of the firm to ensure that goals, objectives and strategies are being met.
The Role: You are a designated accountant who thrives in a creative environment. The technical skills of the profession are second nature to you and the value you bring to the table is your ability to navigate the area between financial reporting and effective problem solving.
You will be responsible for the full cycle accounting duties of the firm, including but not limited to transaction data entry, performing bank reconciliations, managing accounts receivable and collections, reconciling intercompany transactions, payroll and accounts payable.
You will be instrumental in developing a budget, managing external stakeholder relationships and being a valuable resource for the Directors of the firm.
