Bearspaw Petroleum Ltd currently has a position for a fulltime CPA accountant to perform the following duties:
Booking month end journal entries,running month end and issuing joint venture billings and dealing with partner queries
Set up AFEs costcentres ownership parameters in accounting system
Prepare year end reports for external party auditors and tax preparers
Prepare & file EPAP submission for AER
Assist with crude oil marketing (calculate crown volume, submit form A's)
Manage AFEs, field timesheets update and prepare payout statements
Monitor daily cheque clearing and prepare and enter bank deposits
Manage & pay freehold mineral tax
Monitor & deal with accounts receivable
Prepare statement of adjustments for acquisitions
Assist with carbon tax requirements under TIEER
