Financial Reporting Manager

The Opportunity:

Under the direction of the Financial Controller, the Financial Reporting Manager will play a key role in financial reporting, technical accounting matters, and process improvement. The Financial Manager is expected to provide oversight and lead a team of professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Review monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements and management reports for internal and external stakeholders

• Lead the month-end and year-end close process

• Provide leadership and guidance on areas requiring financial expertise as necessary with various sites/locations.

• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the annual budgets in collaboration with various sites/locations

• Provide financial reporting guidance and training on relevant systems and processes

• Responsible for maintaining strong internal controls and suggest improvements

• Directly supervises and mentor team members in the finance area

Qualifications:

• A recognized Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation

• 10 years’ experience in financial reporting of which at least 2-3 years have been at management level

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and desire for accuracy in work of self and others
