Director, Finance and Payroll
Responsibilities:
- leadership and management of the finance department team for a mid-sized organization in Edmonton and all its related entities which department includes payroll and scheduling services;
- management of the overall treasury function;
- preparation for and internal leadership of audits;
- leadership of internal and external reporting;
- leadership of the budget and forecasting processes;
- assistance with the material management and insurance functions of the organization; and
- provision of financial statements and reports.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Professional Accountant;
- experience in a unionized environment;
- numerous years of managerial experience; and
- payroll related experience.
